Thanks, Matt, training over the years my midsection e.g. lower back has become a little stiff, I've tended to opt for crunches or variations of; or where my feet have been placed under an object to assist movement, so this really helps develop a more fluid movement and of course the pillars are being used in a different context to general conditioning.
