I’m on a roll with finding your old videos that are helping me in life right now Craig! My right hip flexor has been causing me huge pain. Something I need to work on but this will help tremendously! Thanks my man.

I just wanted to say how much your videos have helped me understand and improve mobility. Keep kicking ass man!

I can get to a deep squat fairly easy but those stretches and warm ups will be very beneficial as I do get pretty tight hip flexors. Cheers sir!

What's your opinion on ROMWOD? Looks like it's pretty similar stuff to what you suggested: lots of long 2-4 minute stretches. I heard recently that stretches weren't good for you, but obviously it did wonders for Geoff.

hey craig, new to your vids, really enjoying. Not a cross fitter as tbh the cost of membership is to steep but picking up hints and tips. Wanted to ask what the knee pad you and your dad are using to rest on ?
@Jez1963UK6 жыл бұрын
Man, that is just amazing !!!! I am 55 so probably around the same age as you dad, and I would say that I have exactly the same pre-fix squat flexibility. I'm going to try this tomorrow (it's too late now, midnight !), and cannot wait to let you know how I get on. Your dad's results are just fantastic. This will DEFINITELY help me with my rowing :) Thank you so much. PS - how old is your dad ? :)

I know how you feel about the heat. I'm stationed here (military) in Yuma, AZ, USA (the sunniest city in the US). it got up to 122f this past week and is regularly above 100f. Its a whole different game in the heat.

Summer in Israel starts around May and ends around October... most of that time temperatures trail between 25 to 40 degrees (Celsius). June-September are the worst where we don't get anything lower than 28... humidity is the worst part...70-85%... we suffer... train, sweat and suffer 😂
