Sonny a cool dude. Super humble and informative. How many times does the average joe get a free tutorial from an Olympian. Says a lot about you that he finds you to be someone who adds value to his life and vice versa. Love when he's on the vlog.

Craig you gotta meet Clarence Kennedy, he's on KZbin from Ireland and is an Olympic Lifter -> his Snatch PR is 185kg! Paused squat PR is 300kg!

@Dror Levi Lol - 200kg in the world record in the 105kg category, and it's stood for over a decade. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Olympic_records_in_weightlifting. There's plenty of people who weigh 105KG who can't DEADLIFT 200KG, let alone snatch it.

I'm starting my level 4 in strength and conditioning next month and the first 3 days is all olympic lifting to get my Olympic weightlifting coach, so watching this is giving me massive tips 👊👊

Funny watching this today, I just came back from training where I hit a new PB Snatch of 85kg ( +5kg :D ). Perfect practice makes perfect, I can say that without a doubt your videos took my trainings closer to perfection, and a big thanks to Sonny :D

WOD for you guys to try: 21-15-9 Cal Airbike - Squat cleans - thrusters @ 40kg, 50 air squats 9-15-21 Cal Airbike - Squat Cleans - Thrusters. then allow several weeks for your legs to recover 😂

I dislocated both my thumbs during various seasons of rugby so my thumbs are now stupidly weak. Are there any taping techniques that could help strengthen by thumbs for hook grip? Cheers! #hstlmade
