May I ask a question on assisted pull up, what sort of percentage of weight to bodyweight would you recommend to be effective for the lats. I weigh about 70 kg and using 35 kg which is 50% bodyweight for 3 sets of 15 rep. Cheers mate and thank you for being an inspiration.
