This won't give you any gains though. If you think otherwise go and train like that and you'll shrink.
@clarice-s5j13 күн бұрын
This was about conditioning and shaping not getting bigger. Kevin said in the video this is part of his routine he would do a month out before a competition to cut down along with cardio.
@punxsutawneyphil394413 күн бұрын
@@clarice-s5j This won't "shape" your muscles. You can't shape your muscles by doing high rep time under tension stuff. And Levrone himself did NOT train like that one month before a competiton, this is a lie. He trained with heavy weights to hold as much mass as possible during prep. As any other bodybuilder.
@Itsdnvn12 күн бұрын
@@punxsutawneyphil3944what a clown you are to make a comment like that. This conditions muscle better than any type of heavy lifting. It has a completely different and necessary effect than heavy lifting. It strengthens weak spots, sculpts the muscle better, and strengthens the posterior chain which subsequently will increase all of your lifts, increase the stretch on those lifts and creates more hypertrophy. It’s best to mix this type of training WITH heavy lifting for superior results. Don’t comment dumb shit you clearly know nothing about.

Winds up getting his ass kicked with no weights and a broomstick. Pure comedy.

@cosmicbaggy9637 Did you see the look on the guy's face when Levrone she had three more sets to do after the first set nearly killed him. The dude in the video is a tall good-looking guy with a decent physique, probably looks good to the General public. But he's a total zero when it comes to professional bodybuilding, and he doesn't have the right mindset either. He's just a show-off the likes to show off to people who don't know the difference between a coke bottle and a diamond.

Wow that was nothing else but amazing to watch. You could see the mental battle through you had through the whole workout and that you just wanted to say f*** o** to Levrone. But you kept on fighting, respect to you and Levrone. To be able to go to that dark place you almost need a coach like Levrone that sets a standard on each exercice, and you almost need to get to that place where you almost hate each other to because it will hurt and be challanging. After the workout your friends again and can laugh about it. Was amazing to watch!
