*I have noticed I am in the Parasympathetic , Rest and Digest* . What has helped me, calming myself , Rest and Digest* . *It helped where I'm not stressed like I have. I'm more laid back ,which I appreciate . And spending time with Granddaughters, who's so much fun to be around with. I was in the Sympathetic for many years and believe me, it's no fun .

*TC Rules* - Excellent as usual. The Pulse Pressure Formula, really interesting marker. Breath rate too. My studies, the Autonomic Nervous System, para and symp, and we never heard of this. Thanks! ; )

So glad it was helpful. Yeah, we see these markers line up pretty consistently with people who are dealing with symptoms that commonly show up in either area.

THERES WAY MORE TO IT! Mine is firing my nervous system making my body the enemy, its on fire making my BP all over the place, pain bodywide, and HIGH D3 +K2 for ever 10,000 iu's of D3 to help...vitamin C in large doses, omega 3's as well, PLUS B complex and extra B12!

1. Stop taking all that d3. That’s only the inactive form. The only form that matters is active. I could get more into it but it goes deep. You can find out about what I’m talking about if you do some searching. 2. Look up Buteyko breathing and co2 therapy. This problem can literally be fixed by introducing more co2 into your system. I’ll get you a good video to get you started with all this, just give me a second.

kzbin.info/www/bejne/i56UlZ1ql7RmbZofeature=shared You would think that breathing would not fix all this, but boy would you be wrong. I’ve been doing a lot of research on carbon dioxide and I truly believe that, along with medical grade molecular hydrogen, can cure most diseases and ailments out there. The hydrogen isn’t important at this point though. People report getting rid of cfs and tons of other things from simple breathing methods like Buteyko. Of course you should be eating a proper diet as well and drinking very good quality water. If you have any questions, just ask.

@KickItNaturally my daughters body wont absorb D3 from the sun no matter what shes tried. I'm personally unable to hold vitamin A, I'm taking codliver oil, eating fatty fish, flax, none of it works... I HAVE had sympathetic Dystrophy for years upon years...

My last comment got deleted. Probably because I had a link in my comments. Just look up Buteyko breathing and mini breath holds. I assure you this will work. Anders Olsson talks a lot about carbon dioxide and what it does. Also the KZbin channel BE LIGHT TT talks about it as well. You can easily beat this.

This can be quite overwhelming. I've been waking up with headaches for the past 3 days. The same thing happened to me at the beginning of last year after a series of nosebleeds that finally needed cauterization. The morning headaches eventually went away but now they're back and quite a bit more intense. It throbs first thing in morning then subsides quite a bit throughout the day. But I'm tired all day. I decided to check bp this morning only after having a glass of kefir. BP was so low at 88/60. So that gives me a pulse pressure of 28. I know you're not supposed to take it first thing and wait for 2 hrs after a meal but I didn't know that til I watched a few of these videos. But still, it doesn't seem like BP should be that low right outta bed. And it's def not normal to wake up w/excruciating headaches. But then I ate, waited about an hour and a half and took my BP again. It was 121/78 giving me a pulse pressure of 43. Why would someone have such low BP in the morning? And can headaches be caused by low BP?
@KickItNaturally

Blood pressure that low could certainly be part of the problem. This video explains common causes: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pZTPeWusod2lq9E Your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through running simple self-tests you can run at home to get an idea of what imbalances can be creating trouble, and what steps would help you correct them. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course Come back and let us know how it goes.

Adding salt does fix my depression. But then i start feeling too anxious. How do i add salt and not get into this sympathetic imbalance? I always overshoot.
@KickItNaturally
@KickItNaturally Ай бұрын
Your anxiety may have another cause or something else contributing to it. It's really about looking at your chemistry to know where you are instead working off of symptoms. This video explains other causes of anxiety. A sympathetic imbalance is definitely not the top of the list: kzbin.info/www/bejne/l37HnIiGbLNqaaM

Okay weird question…. Could a chronic parasympathetic state be a long term adaptive response by the body to dial things down… from chronic stress / hypervigilance / childhood trauma? Have been told since my 20’s that I've got low blood pressure, slow heart rate, etc. but absolutely feel wired too… have digestive issues, etc… but have been hypervigilant since my traumatic birth. Hard to get me going most days. Wired but exhausted! Such an overlap of symptoms…! Thanks in advance.

It's not impossible, but if someone is overly parasympathetic, AND they have digestive issues, we start there. your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through figuring out which aspects of digestion are not working correctly and what steps will help you the most. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course Come back and let us know how it goes.

The issue I am facing is that I have both high and low BP as well as pulse rate(can go to as high as 135 and then be as low as 32) and oxygen levels are also dipping down. I also feel like I have constipation or atleast bowels that are not fully emptying. I also get headaches head pressure and dizziness/vertigo so I am not quite sure what is going on and if there is any help
@KickItNaturally

Sounds like multiple issues could be going on at once. But the starting place with that many issues is to know where your body chemistry is. Your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through running simple self-tests you can run at home to get an idea of what imbalances can be creating trouble, and what steps would help you correct them. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course Come back and let us know how it goes.

They can for some folks. But you really want to know where your chemistry is to know if that is a problem in the first place. Your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through running simple self-tests you can run at home to get an idea of what imbalances can be creating trouble, and what steps would help you correct them.
