The response is pretty quick in my Challenger, but its nice to be able to make adjustments on the fly and is great for fine tuning. I've got a diablo tuner and can adjust the parameters with it. I cannot see spending $300 for a pedal commander, and are way overpriced. For those that do not have a tuner, I suggest one that we saw recently called the roar pedal and is half the price of the PC. If you use code Hemi muscle, you can get 10% off and is around $150. I have no affiliation with the company whatsoever, l just don't like to see anyone in the Mopar community get ripped off

I mainly bought my hptuners to do this on my 14 ram. Of course the electrinic throttle screen has only one setting unlike what your showing.

hey there , that was so helpful beside of course you can add a 10 to 15 % to the power request table :) but guys in some cars there is a table for throttle wot not only pedal wot ! so we should make them both in save volt value ?? thanks in advance

Can I ask why my 5th gen Ram only gets 86.7% @ 3.80V? I've increased the voltage and got 95.7% @ 4.26V but the truck goes into limp mode. Is 3.8V all the Hemi throttles can take before going into Limp mode with a throttle error?

IIRC you won't see 100% while logging. 86.7% is considered WOT. If my memory serves me correctly.

great tips for setting like the pedal commander.. what would you do with a performance clutch upgrade with a lighter weight flywheel that will rev quicker? example centerforce ds dyad kit

Man I did this on my '14 WK2 5.7 and it's still got massive lag. WOT is earlier, sure, but it still sits there and thinks before it decides to actually open up the tb. Makes merging onto busy streets a bit sketchy. Basically have to apply throttle when a car is directly in front of me, by the time it actually starts moving the car is out of my way, too much of a timing game. IDK how Chrysler did it, but they really made the most laggy DBW system out there. My 03 Silverado DBW has instant response, so much you'll actually start bouncing the revs when going over bumps. Wonder if I can slap an LS throttlebody onto a Hemi lol

My 2011 Charger Pursuit doesn't have that particular throttle voltage table. How do I achieve the same results?

Is it possible that Dodge intentionally program the chargers to slow down because I have a brand new one and it became very sluggish before 1k

I did this and recycled the ignition after writing and now I have lost communication with ECM/PCM A, BCM A, and Gear Selector. Car runs and drives fine, but these codes wont clear and I have a MIL now.

For people in comments, Im pretty sure this is not the same thing as what a pedal commander would do. Pedal commander is kinda gimmicky and all it really does is simulate what you would get if you mashed the pedal down on the car you have now, only it just does it sooner for you, simulating that feeling that its quicker when honestly, its not. All you would have to do is just be kinda more delinquent with your pedal and you would get the same reaction out of your car without the pedal commander, and I guarantee this. When I had it, it did not take out that lag, all it did was mash the pedal more for me at half the press. And I looked at the box and said " I paid 200 bucks for that " and sent it back. Wasn't worth it. What he is doing is actually changing the factory specs on the computer tune and make it so the computer doesn't actually lag the pedal. Because even if you hit the floor on a stock tune. The computer will go "are you sure" and then slowly open up the flap. What he is doing is essentially tuning that whole thing out of the computer completely. I believe the engineers do this because they want their cars to be good on gas for 1, 2 it makes people safer drivers, and 3.... ya the computer just has more control over what you are doing and making the car run and drive efficient and safely. Computers take in mind wheel spin and abs, so like even abs, when it activates the computer knows its happening so im sure it wont let you press of the throttle more, which is why they give you a esp button inside the car to bypass this because they know you will have a situation where u might be stuck in the mud, and u need to put more throttle in it and let the wheels spin. Computers are there also to control emissions, safety and gas efficiency, so it will purposely nerf you smashing on the gas pedal and instead will make the throttle body roll into the open flap instead of just going wide open. That way you get better emissions, better mileage, you dont lose control of the vehicle. The pedal commander doesn't do this. All the pedal commander does is send a stronger signal to the computer to make the pedal touchier. thats it, its a gimmick. You pay 300 bucks for that....so dont buy it. So ya. This ina nutshell.
