@@BMXTraining how you are mixing the content of the PRO membership on BMX Training into this. That means people can pay a small amount for specific content .... Happy to get em free, buy I'd pay for that. Have enjoyed the 2020 clips and talk backs , mini interviews be cool as well.

Do you have any advice on not giving up if you don't get the holeshot and stamina?

I think it's important for most racers to not put all of their mental stock in the holeshot, meaning, don't be so holeshot dependant to win. Work on the track speed so one can have more tools to work with. You can do that through interval training off or on the track.

Question from 8 novice rider- is it better to stay novice and be able to be more competitive, or jump to intermediate as soon as possible, but then not be as competitive in the pack?
