I can keep a common goal in order to work with others and to appreciate satisfaction in a team effort that is a success. I don't need to approve of their weird choices, just get along with rose-colored glasses on while at work. I am constantly entertained with the unexpected in diversity as I can learn and strech somewhat by helping others. If I look for the good, I will find it. I am OK, I guess your OK too most of the time. LOL
