Like you said he brings so much variety and poise in the offense, his pnroll with Gobert is almost always a guaranteed bucket, Gobert screens perfectly for him and he always find the good spot to hit his shots. One recipe for a Nuggets loss all season long is when 50% of their shots are 3's into the 3rd quarter. That usually means the double on Jokic has been successful and the perimeter shooting is bad enough defenses don't change. In other games if they're hitting greater than 38% from 3 eventually teams will have to adjust their defenses then the Jokic-Gordon offense takes over. But to blame MJP or KCP for the threes isn't the entire story as the one wildcard the Nuggs possess to offset poor 3's is JM going to work. Unfortunately for him he's being defended straight-up by a player who is ascending to a superstar two-way player (Ant). Edwards play could be the deciding factor on who wins G7. Its too bad JM doesn't seem capable to match him because that battle could be a dream storyline in G7.

This was the best in-depth analysis of this series I've seen/read so far. Fk the national "experts" It was funny how too many of em just now noticed KAT on Jokic, when he's been doing it the whole series? The adjustments for game 7 for both coaches will be really interesting. Will Jokic shoot 10+ 3s, with the way Minnesota is now just giving him the shot? Which Murray will show up this time? What it just a bad game for MJP? What will Minnesota's Off look like? A LOT of ISO plays for Ant + some P&Rs with Conley? How will they get KAT (or NAZ)? more involved? IMO, I'm gonna guess for Denver, a lot more Gordon+Jokic P&Rs for Denver and off ball screens for MPJ. As well as constant Double teams on ANT. And for Minnesota, a LOT more shot attempts in the paint, hopefully leading to more FTs, especially ANT. And unless guys like Gordon start making outside shots, they won't stop doubling Jokic either. My prediction: 102:108, first real close game and Minnesota wins G7

Has there even been more unpredictable series? If Nuggets are able to recover their offensive set, will they also lock down on D? Wasn't it a letdown in game 6 as the Wolves gave in game 3? Now we get one game for all the marbles, so are the Wolves on the road going to be able to shoot with that pressure? In game 5 they looked so tight in Denver and Nuggets couldn't miss. If both teams can feel comfortable on offense, expect an all-time great game. OT would be bonkers but hard to imagine based on very convincing outcomes previously.

13:42 What is KAT thinking here, walking off the court in the opposite direction to getting back on D? Sheesh. I'm curious about your declaration that the Nuggets went away from having Gordon bring up the ball. Do you have stats on that or are you just relying on the memory-eye test? Do you have any theories as to why they would do that? (Same questions as to the abandonment of focusing the Denver offense on the empty corners.)

I just feel the wolves will come up short this year, Joker will scorch them from three if they leave him open in game 7. Why? Because hes the best player in the world right now and thats that what the best do when it matters most. I stopped watching the game early, it seems like nuggets blew the game more than the Twolves playing so great. The nuggets scoring problems seemed to lead the lack of effort on defense. Game 5 defense by the nuggets was the best of the playoffs this year. If the nuggets play that defense and knock down shots I see them winning, but if they dont make shots the pressure may start mounting again. I wish they had more options on the bench. They really could take advantage of a mismatch for Jokic on the 4 with a knock down shooter at the 4. Sure Porter could slide in that spot but he can't hit anything this series and Gordon can hit those shots but not every game or even most. The lack of bench really hurts them this year. They definitely need to find more pieces in the off-season. Could you imagine Paul George signing with nuggets. Then Porter or KCP could come off the bench or try different variations with PG at4. They could use someone like that this series. I don't know if Gorbert could stay in with a 4 like that. They d have to bench him most of the time.

cummon man think outside the box. It's not about just changing one matchup. One tweak in any of the five matchups could change the whole rotation. Next game wolves might wanna continue putting towns on Jokic but its not like Denver aren't constantly looking to change that matchup to back Gobert. So don't be surprised when you see Gobert find himself with joker on multiple occasions. It's always about making adjustments and strategies. One team counters and the other responds. Thats why even this guy says he cant wait to see if theres any more tweaks and adjustments or everything's been exhauster and now it comes down to who plays better. It's a long 7 game series against the same opponent and plus these two teams know each other pretty well

I like how narrative and coaching based this video, i realize now why some of your videos didnt felt very useful, they were just describing play by play. This is more like a War Room.
