■Fresh Cold udon with Tasty Tuna Miso Sauce
【Serve: 2】
・1 big can of tuna (140g)
・2 servings of frozen udon
・2 Shiitake mushrooms
・2 teaspoons of sesame oil and soy
・1 cucumber (finely sliced)
・2 egg yorks
●A
・2 teaspoons of Miso, soy and sugar
・2 tablespons of Sake
・1/2 teaspoon of potato starch
【How to make】
①Put 2 packs of frozen udon on an oven-proof dish to heat up in microwave according to the instructions on the package. Chop Shiitake mushrooms and the stems roughly.
②Put tuna & its juice and chopped mushrooms on a pan. Lid on and steam them for 1~2 min on medium heat. Once the tuna and mushrooms become golden, lid off and add "A" to mix thoroughly.
③Rinse the udon in cold water and drain. Serve on a dish and season with sesame oil and soy sauce. Put sliced cucumbers, tuna and egg york in order.
