For me, it's too unrealistic that the protagonist can literally hack his way through every problem he encounters. Hacking a single system usually takes the coordinated effort of several people for weeks or months, if it is possible at all. He hacks whatever he wants in a matter of minutes, and he's also clever in other areas, and handsome, and strong... you name it!

And, once he has no privileged access to the system, it's inconceivable that he can hack it so easily. If the holes were there, someone would've spotted them earlier and corrective action would've been taken.
