One of my friend lost an interview in a well known company, because he went very formal. All interviewer's where in casual and told they are not looking for someone so formal. There are exceptions.

@@RanjithAR Yup, I was talking about the casual dressing and the way interview went. I had attended an interview with makemytrip. Final round was very casual and was talking about sports, favorite team and so on.
