I've seen the video, Kim Bok-dong, a Korean comfort woman, says she has been a comfort woman for eight years. That doesn't make sense. WWII started in 1941 and ended in 1945.

Unfortunately in this day and age, a lot of the info given in this video stems from what is being discovered or fabricated in the modern era instead of pulling out whatever they can find in the records from 80 years ago. If too many info comes from being released in recent times then the more likely it is fabricated. Documents reported from 80 years ago would have more information but none of that existed back then and we can't find traces of evidences where it matches with the testimonies told today. In other words, it's hard to prove something that has no evidence otherwise, the common sense theory kicks in and the common sense rule is no evidence, not guilty.

To prevent the crime, Japanese government had to do this: U.S. troops used Japanese brothels after WWI / NBC News April 28, 2007 _- with tacit approval from the U.S. occupation authorities - Japan set up a similar “comfort women” system for American GIs._
