I have a Canon EOS-1D Mark II. It is the heaviest and most unreliable camera I have ever owned. It is currently on its third Shutter assembly ($1150 each time). Don't believe anyone who tells you that the body is waterproof. It isn't.

I bought one in 2010 and still have it. I turned 77 and gave up on it. Great pictures but too heavy to carry. It hurts my neck after about 30 minutes.

Great camera, getting to heavy for me to carry all day. Thats why i check out older/smaller cameras....
