The most important thing is missed in both vdh and bdk guide It is how to enter a pull without getting one shotted, or how to gather a big pull with having aggro and not dying

True, I guess you'll have to watch some POV gameplay then. :) For VDH it's kinda simple, you just feldev on pull and it usually works out. For BDK it's somewhat covered by rune weapon.

Last season i played with mostly random vdh's, and almost all of them could never ever hold aggro, which i dont get... i play vdh as an alt, and aggro has never been an issue

do not jump in the middle of mob and use fel dev, and use sigil of flame before you jump

how are you getting that 3rd fel dev off? i see the cd reset but i dont get it. at around 2:30 you get fel dev to reset for a 3rd time

Love the guide, thanks so much. Most guides recommend prioritizing spirit bomb at 4/5 souls (3 in meta) - is it really that small of a dps loss to drop it outside of demonsurge? Because that would make gameplay way easier for me overall lol Edit: for felscarred

Is it ever better to use Soul Cleave before Fracture, for the buffed reavers mark? Or is more slashes always better, even in ST?

Thanks - how much single target damage am I supposed to be doing as an ilv601 VDH running fel-scarred? I'm doing like ~300k in M+5 dungeons which feels lower than I should be on single target boss fights

hi, I have a question, why would you fracture first and not sould cleave first after getting the art of the glaive buff when we have reavers marks which give us not 7 but 14% of dmg, ive been playing since beta and found out that fracturing first only gives you a stack of the reavers mark instead of 2 when sloul cleaving first

A bit late, but ill try to answer, when fracturing first you get more bonus attacks on your next soul cleave, that is a bigger damage gain then getting 7% more dmg on a single target with mark.

It’s a nice little gap closer that doesn’t show your back as well as quick fury if you don’t have enough for a fel dev at the start of a pull
