It is though? Women aren't able to make all of this, It should honestly be the other way around, Men have always been dominant in the sector of making things, I mean if i literally take one look at my workplace, DAMEN Shipyards Harnixveld-Giessendam, A Dutch naval shipyard where i work as a Welder, And only one female works here out of well over a hundred men doing actual things with her hands which is a tomboy, at first glance you will think she is a male with her short hair and the cap she always wears, The rest of the females work in the offices. If this were to be realistic we men would be the ones with all the advancements and industry, Sure the rule would most likely be one single leader/dictator and heavily militaristic but thats how every single civilization started off, tribe leaders, then came dictators in the form of kings and queens, then came one party states and then democracy, People always seem to forget that every single nation on earth started off as a militaristic dictatorship in form of a strict monarchy, there was no such thing as voting by everyone, only factions that constantly overthrew eachother, having your monarch replaced by another monarch from another country (puppeting) or voting by the rich or politicians, like dude for real if you gave a girl right now a toolbox and basic materials like planks or steel beams and told her to make whatever is on the blueprint with it, she would stop trying very early on by the fear of being cut by a grinder for example, or the fear of being burnt by a welding torch, thats why i find it so laughable they got shit like flying vehicles and the hyper advanced buildings in the movie like what, who's making all this?

If 99% of the male or female population were removed, the resulting impact on our planet would be profound, with a significant multiplication of numbers and consequential changes. The absence of 4 billion individuals would have a drastic effect on the ecosystem, leading to notable shifts in vegetation and animal populations. Conversely, in the hypothetical scenario where 99% of either gender perished, the remaining 1% would be elevated to a status akin to royalty, as they would instantaneously become the world's most crucial resource.
@jossanecassar8683 Жыл бұрын
It would be much easier for the world if there were 99% less men, considering it would be easy to repopulate the world. Men don’t exactly take much time to reproduce, women on the other hand…
@jackr2287 Жыл бұрын
The way they thought to get around this is artificial insemination, or the idea that they could control the limited male population. Probably a combination of the two happened, because artificial insemination isn't as perfected a science as some wish to make it out to be. "Advanced technology' akin more to magic, is the thing that holds this concept together... just barely. Also... the loss of 4 billion people would probably result in the death of the remaining 3.9999 billion... because of how maintaining a complex society is.

Lots of books which use this premise, it can go either way, the minor sex becomes royalty or prisoners. As for Men, with artificial insemination I don't think they would become a crucial resource, and with modern technology there are many options to any strength based occupation or activity. Additionally with half the population gone, harvesting from nature for food which become very viable. In this scenario men could become toys used for recreation only.

This already happened over 3,000 years ago, or maybe it only happened in the Greek mythology. Ulysses recently gone from Troy after its defeat and conquest stopped by this island consisting entirely of women. Each of them was very accommodating, wanting sex with sailors, any sailors. But they killed each male baby, and their sailors as well. In this way, this island maintained its female population. They were known as Amazons. By the way, Ulysses wanted to appear to be a family man. He just wanted to arrive back home on the Island of Ithaca. The sailors finally realized the dangers. None of them got any sex. They declined the offers and they escaped.
@Zodroo_Tint2 жыл бұрын
Odysseus. Calling him Ulysses is like when the americans call football soccer. And there is a chance it really happened, not neccessary on an island but somewhere some cult did that, and of course they were invaded and killed by other city states and ended that insanity. People talked about that and eventually it was written down.

"A study recently published by the National Bureau of Economic Research shines some fascinating historical light on this question. The paper looked at female rulers of European countries from 1480 to 1913 (including 193 reigns in 18 different polities) and whether their countries ever engaged in military conflict. As it turns out, women have a pretty bad record as peace-keepers: Queens were 27 percent more likely than kings to participate in inter-state conflicts. For example, we often hear about the crisis of domestic violence against women, but more than 200 studies show that women are just as likely to initiate domestic violence as men. The disparity in victims, it seems, comes as a result of men overpowering women in physical confrontations as well as men failing to report incidents as frequently as women."
@blakemcmillan5680 Жыл бұрын
@@namename9998I’m curious, does the study mention under what reasoning for their conflicts? I feel like it would more likely (due to the time periods view on women) that other countries and rulers would be very negative and possibly aggressive towards women in control of countries. Like does the study mention if the conflicts were responses to attacks or threat?
@namename9998 Жыл бұрын
@@blakemcmillan5680 More from the article (but it shouldnt matter because if women are supposed to be these great peacemakers or pacifists then they should never be aggressive in the first place regardless of era and what others think of them. If someone is bullying you you have 2 options, 1- fight 2-walk away. Walking away doesnt make you a coward, it means youre still alive, and in the context of war then your entire country doesnt suffer. If walking away doesnt work then you could try talking to the bully or getting help from someone else which shouldnt count as the queen being aggressive since they delegated that job. Women being violent to prove a point is no different than men being violent to prove a point. Men and women are the same when it comes to being aggressive) "Part of that disparity comes from the fact that political rivals often viewed female rulers - especially unmarried queens - as vulnerable to attack. But in fact, married queens were actually more likely to be aggressors than their male counterparts. Women have always been a small fraction of leadership positions in the modern world, and as a result, it’s hard to tell whether they are any less bellicose than male leaders. Margaret Thatcher famously went to war with Argentina to defend her nation’s claims to the Falkland Islands. And the United States has its own share of female foreign policy “hawks” - from Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) to Carly Fiorina to Sarah Palin. Even Hillary Clinton presented herself as one of the more hawkish candidates during the 2016 campaign season: Unlike most of her male opponents, she expressed willingness to take military action against the Bashar al-Assad regime in Syria. In fact, scientific research bears out the question of difference in aggression between the sexes pretty well. Psychologists have conducted dozens of studies and meta-analyses on the psychological differences between women and men, and the majority of the evidence suggests that sex has either no or a small effect. Overall, the evidence so far suggests strongly that men and women just aren’t that different in terms of being aggressive or willing to employ violence. What matters more is the context of their behavior - or in terms of war, their political ideology."

So... I'm Russian and I see that half the people in the comments didn't realize that this show is just a comedy. It's not a sexist or misogynistic show, but a satire on radical feminism and orthodox masculinity. The men on this show act like idiots and savages, and the women's twitter paradise vegan town is a technocratic authoritarian regime in disguise, where everyone is afraid to do anything out of line. The head of town is a hypocritical authority woman who publicly talks about all sorts of "good and progressive things" while secretly deal with "savages," eats meat, drinks illegal alcohol, fucks with boss of the men, etc. Its so funny to watch that so many people took such absurdity completely seriously. Think of it as "South Park" or "The Simpsons".

That is actually pretty intelligent. The kind of thing that would never be made in America because it doesn’t fit the agenda to weaken society and instead makes fun of it.
