@@Mon67ica yes, the Internet is the final frontier atmosphere, parallel to the wild west. Criminals move faster than the laws can change to keep up with them. That's another thing that criminals use to their advantage. Personally, I stay off the internet - no social media, no dating apps. I also don't hang out at nightclubs and bars, or even go out anywhere after 8pm. I dress modestly, as to not attract attention, and take other precautions to protect myself from the large percent of the male population who thinks with the wrong head. There's no laws against hitting on women. We have to be smart and keep our guard up. I really feel for this woman. She's obviously not right in the head. She has kids and lives in a hotel. She has an accent, so I am guessing that the USA is not her native country. She has no support, no parents or other family members looking after her. She's lonely, desperate, abandoned, list the custody of her older children. IMHO, her biggest mistake was hanging out online. Her story is just a huge mess. 😢

That teacher really just hated him. Anywho, if not for the CPS lady "accidentally" giving my Mom the original non redacted copy, my Mom was able to sit down & talk with MRS. RATTCLIFF & tell her everything I just said. Unfortunately though, she's always been a great loving single Mom, but all it could take, is some petty teacher? It’s rape. If a man was her age and the girl was his age what would have happened. He would be in jail! So why isn’t she in jail? So is it one law for men and one for women? Men and women should get equal treatment under the law and justice should not distinguish sentencing based on gender. There should be a review of the amount of jail time men get compared to women who commit the same crime. This is most evident in rape and murder cases.

When I was just barely 19 years old, a 36 year old married woman found me at one of my shows (I was in a band) and she messaged me on Facebook later. Here is update from internet. So sad. For those of you who were following the "craddle-snatching" love story of TJ Sinavage and Melisa Dilan-Hernandez here's the rest of the story. The case of Melissa vs. TJ was adjudicated and she did NOT go to jail. She did get married though to a man in the US Air Force. (His name will not be released as he has nothing to do with the prosecution of the case). Melissa and her new husband have moved about an eight hour drive from TJ making visitation very difficult.
