This is great advice and I need help with a problem related to this advice. It took me eight years to graduate from undergrad, considering all the credits that counted towards my degree, from the age of 18 to 25. During this time, I took courses from two universities, two community colleges, and one college in two different countries and three different states within the U.S. I had many part-time jobs and internships, but none gave me any peace. Although my resume doesn't have any gaps at the moment, the long journey to find my major, communications, cost me many friendships and relationships that I thought would last forever. Now, I'm on track to start graduate school studying library and information science this August, which will most likely be in a different state than I am now. I'm at peace with how far I've come, but the struggles I had to go through to find this peace sometimes make me anxious and depressed. I feel guilty about wasted time and potential and the love I've poured into situations that didn't amount to anything valuable today. Can anyone please advise me on how to get over this guilt and find where I fit personally and professionally?

I used to go to Curve and was one of their original clients before they blew up! Their work ethic is worth mentioning. Miko literally would do your hair on a rolling chair while she was pregnant. They have crazy work ethic and both ladies were always kind and positive! Miko only did hair in the beginning. Titi was really the marketing genius behind the brand. When women saw Titi's hair she really inspired many to go natural. It wasn't even a thing.

I went through the same thing. Only I lived to file a lawsuit against the man who did it to me. These types of men are monsters. God ain’t asleep. It always catches up with them in some way. I’d rather be alone than to deal with a man child and somebody who is just looking for a come up. It will take a lot for a man to impress me at this point.

About 14 years ago, I worked as a salesperson at one of Atlanta's premier natural hair salons. We carried a host of brands including Miss Jessie's, which was EXTREMELY popular! Our owner was good friends with the Branch sisters, and more particularly with Titi. She came and visited a few times and I remember meeting her and noting just how kind and sweet she was. She wasn't pretentious at all, despite her and her sister's success. Not to mention, her hair was beautiful! We never know what people are going through in their personal lives. But I truly believe in my heart that she was REMOVED from this earth at the hands of her WEIRD boyfriend. The story just doesn't MAKE SENSE AT ALL!! I just pray the truth will be revealed sooner than later... 😢💔🙏🏾😇

I vaguely remember this story . But u do remember them can you tell me how old she was when she committed self harm just curious ? It’s so sad how many can ruin the best of friendships. I do believe her and her sister got into that’s why she changed the beneficiary not just because he asked her too. But it was a malicious act that then backfired. He wiped the laptop clean for a bracelet and had no respect for the family. If the sisters were close he wouldn’t have been able to get to her. Honestly they built that business 50/50 they needed one another I don’t see how anyone deserved more. I went through something similar with my sister and we will never be the same. So sorry for her loss and may her family find some peace. Drop the suicide awareness number. Because I feel alone too a lot.. but I don’t want to die. I still believe one day I’ll have a family and there will be joy in my life again. I relate to the story today more than I ever did before

Did he k%ll her??? Im surprised hes not the suspect. Anyone that ask you to be your beneficiary is definitely suspect. He probably was the one to tell the story about her being depressed so he could take her life and get her insurance money to start his own business.

Wasn't both sisters on T. Banks show? Because I would like to know why Tyra just asked one sister about being biracial? 🤔

Tyra is a weird bword and if you watch lots of her episodes back she acted a certain way towards lots of black and bi racial women. I didnt catch it back then but now that im grown she was shady asf

She bullied her sister only to end up being used by a man... Should have trusted her sister not a man

I believe he was blackmailing her with those photos from the beginning, that's why she was giving him all that money.

Are they sure this isn't murder? A $2 million life insurance policy with him as the beneficiary... he wasn't going to wait for her to die of old age? Hopefully, he did not get the life insurance payout. I also could not find any images of him online unless he has dyed his hair dark and grown out a full dark beard and is working as a tech writer.
