This is great advice and I need help with a problem related to this advice. It took me eight years to graduate from undergrad, considering all the credits that counted towards my degree, from the age of 18 to 25. During this time, I took courses from two universities, two community colleges, and one college in two different countries and three different states within the U.S. I had many part-time jobs and internships, but none gave me any peace. Although my resume doesn't have any gaps at the moment, the long journey to find my major, communications, cost me many friendships and relationships that I thought would last forever. Now, I'm on track to start graduate school studying library and information science this August, which will most likely be in a different state than I am now. I'm at peace with how far I've come, but the struggles I had to go through to find this peace sometimes make me anxious and depressed. I feel guilty about wasted time and potential and the love I've poured into situations that didn't amount to anything valuable today. Can anyone please advise me on how to get over this guilt and find where I fit personally and professionally?

About 14 years ago, I worked as a salesperson at one of Atlanta's premier natural hair salons. We carried a host of brands including Miss Jessie's, which was EXTREMELY popular! Our owner was good friends with the Branch sisters, and more particularly with Titi. She came and visited a few times and I remember meeting her and noting just how kind and sweet she was. She wasn't pretentious at all, despite her and her sister's success. Not to mention, her hair was beautiful! We never know what people are going through in their personal lives. But I truly believe in my heart that she was REMOVED from this earth at the hands of her WEIRD boyfriend. The story just doesn't MAKE SENSE AT ALL!! I vaguely remember this story . But u do remember them can you tell me how old she was when she committed self harm just curious ? It’s so sad how many can ruin the best of friendships. I do believe her and her sister got into that’s why she changed the beneficiary not just because he asked her too. But it was a malicious act that then backfired. He wiped the laptop clean for a bracelet and had no respect for the family. If the sisters were close he wouldn’t have been able to get to her. Honestly they built that business 50/50 they needed one another I don’t see how anyone deserved more. I went through something similar with my sister and we will never be the same. So sorry for her loss and may her family find some peace. Drop the suicide awareness number. Because I feel alone too a lot.. but I don’t want to die.
