Joonas From Luoti Games, gave me an extra Endustry Steam key, (The second game shown in the video) Because I suck at KZbin I failed to mention it in the video, but if you would like to win the key, reply to this comment that you would like to try it out and in a few days I'll randomly select someone, It's a pretty interesting little game for sure. So if you want to try it out for free let me know! Thanks for watching otherwise. :)

"Look how they massacred my boy". JK. It was actually a great review of my game Endustry and thank you for pointing out the issues.

It really is a great concept, thanks for sending it my way; I for sure learned a lot and had some fun as well! :)

This is a great series. Please continue it. Showing how games can be unique is an awesome way to make beginning game developers to start thinking outside of the box. I think I've seen way too many dev logs which are basically just re-skinned clones of other popular games.
@Artindi2 жыл бұрын
Reskinning a clone is a great way to learn, but yeah, no one is going to care. Hopefully I can help like you said, shine some light on originality and hopefully we might get more of it.

Crystalline Fission does seem a bit like SHENZHEN I/O on closer inspection, but looks to be a bit more casual. Also, I thank the algorithm gods yet again for recomending me a good gamedev channel, definetely subbing

A bit more like SpaceChem, maybe. SpaceChem kicked my butt. It still sits in my Steam library mocking me.

Endustry requires you to feed a panda for absolutely no reason? That's an instant 10/10 in my books. Great video!

1:16 yeah i tried to make a little bit of balancing between the ghost and normal. tho i am pretty sure ghost is most of the game tho i could try to reduce these parts then. thanks for that feadback 👍
@Artindi2 жыл бұрын
A really great idea, just the hard Parkour bits made it hard to get to the fun parts :) I thought about including a sped up fail reel, where I just die over and over again, could have been funny, maybe I'll clip it and show you on discord. Thanks for sending it to me, it was fun! :D

@@Artindi nice. okay + yeah i wanted the game to be challenging but some parts probably need some reworking then xD + your welcome, i'm happy you liked it + excited to see the deaths clip xD

1:38 yeah this menu really needs to be polished xD i literally put fullscreen support in 2 seconds which was a mistake on my part xD

Where the hell have you been with this channel? This is so important. So many gifted programmers making so boring dull games. This is more important than all the other game design channels combined.❤❤❤❤

just stumbled upon this video and I think I'll keep up with new uploads of this series. I'd also like to make some suggestions of my own, those being Wandersong, and Baba is you (which should be in the Ukraine pack it looks like you bought) and Oneshot (the one that appears first and is listed under rpg)
@Artindi2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the recommendations! Sadly I didn't get the Ukraibe bundle, cause I have pretty much no money so spend. But ill still try and look into those games. Glad you enjoyed the video and series! :D
