"A specifically German culture is beyond the language, simply not identifiable," wrote Aydan Özoğuz, the federal government's integration officer, in a guest article for the Tagesspiegel. Perhaps it would be helpful for her to read the collections of songs by Dr. Ludwig to make available to her.

Greetings to you! If your intrested in our joint history and culture, you may want to look into Anglish, a purly Germanic modern English the way it would be today, if the Normans had never won and no Greek and Latin words were imported. Quite interesting and fun as a thought experiment, although not few are using it seriously (The Anglish Times, books, r/anglish,...).

I am soooooooo impressed by this!!!! Fancy showing three different lines of lyrics - the ancient/original one, plus a current German and English translation!! WOW.......... I'm blown away by this, thank you so much for sharing. On a side-note - I grew up in Landshut, home of the Landshuter Hochzeit (go on, google that term), so I have a lot of interest/love for certain periods in history.

Rudolf Breitscheid Nicht doch!

Richard Wagner: Die Nibelungen. Welche Musik-Sprache-Geschwister schätzen Sie?

so beautiful .. In the Middle Ages, we had such a beautiful style of singing and musical like this and It is still played to this day , and there are many similarities between Germany and France in terms of music, customs, traditions, etc... although most of the French are Celtic, and a few of them are of Germanic origins, while the Germans our neighbors, most of whom are of Germanic origin. and few of the are celtic.. Greetings to the German brothers. We will remain brothers no matter how long it takes
