Wow! This brings back memories from a long time ago. Holly and I used to chat on ICQ (Early internet chat) I never met her, we would just chat and she would send me lyrics to songs she was working on and ask me what I thought. We would chat here and there for months. The whole time I never knew she had such a following because I live in the States. So cool the memories! Great songs and the band/recording of this sounded amazing! Really takes me back. and hope she is well

6:56 I found this today and have already listened to it 4 times. I had 'Live Stuff' once upon a time and it had my ears ringing a few times while listening to it at full blast on my Shockwave discman goingbback and forth to work on the bus. Thank you for sharing.

Hey allll NEW to 'our' cherished Holly McNarland.... her magical gift of singing and writing stems back to the ollll' timey days. I am so sorry all so many are too young to have lived and basically experienced those glorious, life altering times. The 80' and 90's were a treasure trove where artists like our girl Holly stemmed from. She started in 1995 with an independant EP then '97 she had a record. I cannot recommend you enough to go wayyyy down the rabbit hole researching all her music across various social. Her live concerts show she sings like this a lot...many on YT. No new music for over 10 yrs now. Her kids and marriage are her top priority. She is part Metis and grew up only with her mother and extended family. I count my self blessed to have been on the ground running in Vancouver to every dodgy small club or outdoor event she was singing at from 1993. Every year I check to see if there is a chance she starg up again. Have fun seeking out all her tunes and scoop any cassette, CD, dvd of hers. Yes I said cassette, haha
