I am not disciplined enough to make something so small simple and delicious... I can refrain from raw cookie dough, cake batter, icing, I would never cut into a cake or a pie for myself.... but this little truffles would kill me... I'd eat them ..... all. Great recipe. I'll give it to friends :D

Thank you for this video. Does the chocolate have to be tempered when rolling the raspberry ganache?

We can dip the truffles in the chocolate and drip the rest then put in Coco pwd

Darn, I just noticed that the recipe requires semi chocolate; I used dark chocolate. So I had to add sugar. Not sure it that is why the butter came to the top when finished. Anyway, I am hoping for the best. Thank you for sharing.
