Nice video, Joe! I always have had the suspicion that Gibson flipped the belly bridge to look different than Martin.Can't prove that, but they've done sillier things for less reason. Still, the managed to produce some stellar guitars!

Following your logic is so very enjoyable. I'm at 24:45 and will continue. Wanted to let you know about another YT guy > twoodfrd < that seems to have tackled the finish problem caused by steaming out the set neck. He uses a chemical rub (that solution-chem you will have to watch his video to know) which reverses the lightening of the finish right there on either side of the fret board, post steaming, on the guitar top. Anyway, I hope you will investigate. Yes, your video of this precious guitar, because we do not want to lose it, -SO FAR- is just so great: meteculous detail combined with logic. Thank You Joe!!!! _R
