This is a fan-dub that someone else sang (her youtube channel is called febpage, so everyone just calls her feb). This person pretty much tacked her fandub on this video to make it look like IA was sing. Feb also has fan-dubs for "Luka Luka Night Fever", "Lily Lily Burning Night", "Megu Megu Fire Endless Night", and "Neko Neko Super Fever Night" if you're intrested in more "Night" series songs.
