Nice video and interpretation of a hot dog, 1 basic thing you were missing in the hot dog is remoulade.. Remolade is a dip we use a lot in Denmark. p.s. usually only children eat red sausages. ;)

In Denmark we dont cut the bread wide open. You make a cut in the bread and put the sausage in it. Then you put everything on top of the sauge. It gets less messy. . Also the remoulade

Your'e 'the only person in MY world that uses Globus pickled cucumbers.I can't get enough of them. You can drink what ever you like and how much you like whilst filming, because that's what I would do.. On a nice sunny morning while camping, I would probably start my Alcohol intake at around 10 am.Snoozing around mid afternoon is a must.If you make a Hot dog, it has to be saucy or you are in the shit.

A tip: to hold better saucy condiments, sausages and other ingredients, after halfing the bun I just empty it along the center lines and then you have more room to accommodate them.
