Recipe for Danish Hotdogs
Serves 4, 5min prep, 15min total
Ingredients:
• 4 pork sausages - as long as possible
• Savoury pickles
• Mild mustard such as Dijon
• Tomato ketchup
• Fried shallots
• Red onion
• Red wine vinegar
• 4 hotdog buns
Directions:
• Dice the onion and give a light drizzle of red wine vinegar, then leave in a bowl for around 15 min.
• Grill the sausages on medium heat until browned all over
• Grill the buns for around 60 seconds on medium heat until lightly toasted.
• Give a generous layer of mustard and ketchup on the buns, then add the sausage and load it generously up with the diced onion, fried shallots and sliced pickles
