Inboard boat engine oil change Nautique Ford 351 5.8 Pro Boss PCM

Ohhhhh, this makes me happy. Back in the day we used to drool over every Nautique and Mastercraft we saw on the water. We were big into water-skiing for years, although my ski boat was a Baja 16 Super Sport, outboard with a pylon. Still have my trusty Jobe slalom around here somewhere although it's been a long time since I strapped into it! Hope to see some action videos this summer Chad! Also...if you ever need a driver you just let me know! 😉👍😎

I remember going to SeaWorld as a child and watching the ski show. I was mesmerized by the Ski Nautique boats. At that point, I was pretty sure I might become a boat driver for SeaWorld. :) These boats are truly amazing. Whether it be a Malibu, a Nautique, or a Mastercraft - I don't think there is a better boat to teach someone to ski. We've had many family and friends learn to ski on our Nautique. It's a great boat.

Good evening Sir, I agree with you Mineral base oil should be change every year and the same applied to synthetic oil too 👌👌👍👍😉😉 Very nice boat informative maintenance video Sir 😉😉👌👌 Having all your firewood inside with a running fan ( air circulation ) will be great and your wife as OUTSTANDING talents as firewood stacker 👌👌😉😉👍👍Cheers 🍻🍻

I think Jennifer will need to do all the firewood stacking from now on - or at least supervise me doing it. Her stacking ability is much better than mine. You're right about changing that oil out. Regardless of amount of hours - changing the oil should be done each year. Thanks for watching!

Thanks, Ross. We were out on the boat all day yesterday (in the 90's here in our part of Pennsylvania). It was a fun time. Doesn't Jennifer do a nice job stacking the firewood? She's much better at it than I am.

It's been a good engine. It's just over 300 hp, and is carbureted.

i have same motor in my 85 malibu skier i just got . im tying to get it running right as right now seems rough . can you reccomend plugs and wires please

We have a boat shop near us that specializes in these PCM engines, especially the Pro-Tec system. Does yours have the Pro-Tec? I believe they have special wires they use for that system. As far as plugs, I’m pretty sure their either the Motorcraft ones, or NGK plugs.
