Seriously handy tips. Impressive flights of stairs training too. Wet weatherwise, the hiking in Britain must of come somewhat handy also. Nice to spot the two cats too.

Yes - at least the weather in Scotland. We had good weather in England overall. The Coast to Coast in England videos will be our next ones to make. I'm glad the tips were handy. Are you planning to hike the Inca Trail?

I would love to do this trail, but I'm afraid the vertiginous stairs would do for me, so thanks for posting these videos! The feline additions are both gorgeous, BTW.

The downhill was a lot steeper than the uphill for the most part. There was one part on day 4 that was practically like walking up a wall. We four-wheeled that part. However, my knees were fine and my thighs survived it. Only Day 2 is really hard. If you can muster the strength for one hard day, you can do it.

This was a frustration, as it cost us $45 the night before we left for the hike.
