Very correctly said. Servants earn more than 30k and their husband who work has security earn more than 30 k. And they don't have any overheads. Government gives everything free so, no expenses

How much income tax is paid by doctors and advocates. The small provision shop owners and tea shop owners are purchasing two or three houses within a short period whereas the salaried people are not able to purchase a single house. The income tax dept. Should levy tax based on the materials worth and turn over. Can it dept. will do it?

My TDS at my organisation includes 4% health and education cess. At the time of filing tax, I have to pay again 4%H&E cess on my tax on my other income+TDS amount. Logically in this case my TDS needs to be exempted from H&E cess. This is day robbery... What I get back for my taxes is a question..

I believe it is possible to enter those details in the IT portal. If it is not updated in 26 AS then you can check with your organization.

@@ParameshChockalingam This cess is on your total taxable in come . Your employer responsibility is for the amount he paid as salary and in this he deducts the cess based on his payments . Not on your receipt of rent and interest etc so when you file you have to work out based on your total receipt .

I have two flats out of capital gain and the balance deposited in bond and filed return for fy 23 24 Can i settle to my blood relations within 3 yrs of completion of construction.Gift given to wife daughters for the wedding day dob deepali pongal etc not exceeding Rs 10 000 by way of transfer is taxable inthe hand of self or in the hands of recipient. Sir is telling correct information. There are people who earn more income not filing returns. Poor pensioners who had to spent large sum towards medical,unable to invest to claim 80 C,that too having unmarried daughters are realy poor pensioners who draw pension more than 3 lacs. Auditor may tell how to reduce IT for senior citizens without investment??????

Why MP and MLA are not paying income tax? Senior citizen who are drawing only pension are forced to pay income tax and theirs FDs are accounted for tax.zis it correct. These points you have not touched.Why defence retired senior citizens are forced to pay tax? JCO from IAF.
