Hamish, what is your opinion on many of these automated collections being orphaned pages? Do you not think a lot of these collections will cannibalise each other and many of them will contain duplicated content i.e. the same products? E.g. for arguments sake let's say all the black t shirts are cotton, your "black cotton t shirts" collection and "black t shirts" collection will be the same? There's a risk of mass duplicating content surely (which google doesn't like)

My example wasn’t a good example - look at piamargot.com/sitemap.xml and open the collections sitemap and take a look. I’d say 10% are potentially duplicities but doubt it’s even that high. Let me know though I’d be curious to know what you think
