Nice video, thank you very much. I just wanted to add: incompressible does not necessarily mean that the density is constant. It means that the material derivative of the density is zero. So basically, that the density does not change along a trajectory. Doesn´t change a thing in your video. Still great. Just wanted to add that, since I have noticed, that many of my students are struggeling with that,too. Cheers!

why there is a solution to vortex flow? when you already assumed the flow to be irrorational(vorticity=0)??

Although it sounds a little counterintuitive, you can have an irrotational vortex, since the fluid elements can be purely translating in a rotational motion about a point. The Wikipedia page for "Vortex" has a couple of helpful animations.
