Goodbye sweet trim tool...parting is such sweet sorrow! I'm wrapping up a full BAVSOUND upgrade now. I believe though I will finalize it with a JBL sub for some deeper lows then what the underseat 8's can provide. what can I say, I'm a bit of an older basshead from the old school days. This is going into a F06 Gran Coupe.

I got the same amp for an F10 but my factory amp only has one connector and no rear door speakers. The amp does not sound better than the factory making me believe that there’s something wrong. Any help!

Okay this is not true i just installed the bav garbage sound into my 2015 740Li and it sounds terrible. Its dull my tweeter are pretty much none existing now and the center speaker screams. The original amp sounds way better. I cant believe i spent $2000 dollars for this crap. IT DOES NOT SOUND BETTER AND YOU HAVE TO PUT THE VOLUMN ALL THE WAY UP TO GET HALF OF WHAT YOU GET FROM THE ORIGINAL FACTORY BMW AMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like you need to tune it. Bavsound didn’t design anything this is an audiotech Fischer UP7BMW recased and rebadged

I just installed this on my 2013 740li so we have the same exact vehicle and mine sounds AMAZING, so clear and powerful. I am almost 100% sure that you have it in driver seat mode and did not select the mutli seat mode which balances the sound amongst the other interior speakers and greatly lowers the center channel. I absolutely love the sound stage, its like being at a concert and i am super impressed by the bass also (i purchased the ghost subs along with the amp). The amp is extremely expensive in my opinion but i am in love with the sound.
