I'm a Muslim, but I respect Christianity, and this video is true.

Awesome! Even if churches have different views on things we still believe a lot of the same things and should be working together!

That's awesome! I am Christian, but I am taking a class on Judaism and Islam! It is great learning about other's beliefs. It helps motivate me to better follow my own beliefs.

It really depends, but if a Muslim subscribes to the fact that some Muhammad teachings are temporary military commands and holds Allah dear or A Catholic follows his God above any military commands of his own church. These are the types of people I respect and can support.
@mixartjohnson89684 жыл бұрын
Actually I don't find my description good enough. A broader and more easily understood way to put it is, I am fine with whatever anyone believes as long as it does not harm anyone else's freedoms. If they are for freedom, I will support them.

This animation is so great! I love it alot. I needed to hear this. I forget that it's ok to recharge. I feel like I just need to keep going and push myself even harder. To me this video shows that it's ok, to take a break and be more like yourself before you keep completing the task at hand. I easily forget that it's ok to have limits. I am so blessed to be a member of the church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints. Thank you Heavenly Father for this 2nd chance!

The fact that the savior took time to himself to meditate and to pray is a good reminder that we need to as well. I think that oftentimes, the stress of life is so distracting that it prevents us from being able to recognize and feel the Holy Spirit. It's not that the Spirit isn't there, or that God isn't aware of us, but it's that our physical problems are so overwhelming that we are beyond any spiritual sensitivity.

I keep my batteries charged by listening to uplifting music all day long. Well I'm at work I have my music on & I keep my phone in my pocket so I do not disturb others. No one has complained, but I have gotten questions on my music & complements too. When I go home at night I feel just as happy as when I arrived at work 8 hours before. I know this Heavenly Father manifesting in my life & blessing me to always have a good day.

This is so timely.... I have been suffering from burn-out since just having my 4th child (and they are all 2- years apart so my oldest is 6yrs) and I feel so mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually drained each day. This is a very powerful visual for me, and I’m starting to realize that I take better care of my phone than I do of my energy.

Good luck Darling! Those baby years are hard, but just love them and take care of yourself. Maybe hide in the bathroom to pray. Sound blocking headphones for 5 min when you know that they are all safe works too.

Taking breaks is also great for migraines/headaches. A Pomodoro timer like the Brain Focus app has helped me a lot. Taking breaks is also good for work, because it gives the less conscience part of your brain time to have insights!

Nutrition is important, stay hydrated 💦. stay on top of your electrolytes. ( Salt , potassium, calcium and magnesium) And certain supplements like zinc and B vitamins, vitamin c. Fruit , veggies, corn and organic greens, and the right kind of protein ( eggs) do help . And of course staying close to the Lord and prayer 🙏🙏
