How to Be More Energetic
1. Good Nutrition:Fuel your body with a balanced diet rich in whole foods, including fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Proper nutrition provides the essential vitamins and minerals your body needs to maintain energy levels throughout the day.
2. Limit Screen Time: Reduce the time spent on Netflix and your phone, especially before bed. Excessive screen time can disrupt your sleep cycle and lead to fatigue. Instead, engage in activities that promote relaxation and help you unwind.
3. Stay Active:Incorporate regular physical activity into your daily routine. Exercise boosts endorphins, improves circulation, and helps regulate sleep patterns, all of which contribute to higher energy levels.
4. Hydrate:Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Dehydration can cause fatigue and hinder your body’s ability to perform efficiently. Aim for at least 2-3 liters of water daily.
5. *Get Enough Sleep:* Prioritize quality sleep by maintaining a regular sleep schedule and creating a restful environment. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night to allow your body to recover and recharge.

Abhinav bro right what's actually a 16 year old boy to feel Tired and stressed?. But the reasons our brother noted is one hundred percent Right. Today's ppl are just couch potato and not willing to do things actively. Before that I was like that, But after watching Abhi bro video He completely changed my lifestyle. Now atleast half an hour to one hour I'm regularly doing physical activities and following his diet. Kudos to you for being Trailblazer Man who always make us aware. Tons of love to you❤️

As a 16 yr old I can suggest you to do as much exercise you can, ek goal bana lo bro and spirituality is must boi agar us me agrasar kar gaye to achi achi cheeze peeche chut jaati hai jise bhi maante ho jab bhi talab lage uspe bharosa rakh ke uska naam zor zor se lo sab sahi hoga. Shri Hari 🙏
