If you're having problems with end range flexion in your shoulder - here are 2 great ways of using powerbands to assist the AP glide movement of the joint. Choose which one suits you best with what set up you can achieve at home or the gym. It replicates as best you can the actual movement that we do in the clinic using our hands on people's shoulders to help assist translation movement in the joint during flexion. Using this as homework is a very effective way of getting that last bit of movement back after surgery, frozen shoulder or impingement issues.
