The most powerful tool I found to get the greatest positive "get it done" effect is finding videos that align with my goals and watching them when I feel weak or distracted - really helps to get back on course! Or just watch them to stay on course.

I'm with you on that one Rebecca! 💯 You're showing great self-awareness in knowing how you can gain clarity when you're feeling stuck and also what works for you to keep you motivated and focused! 🎉 What also helped me to be committed to my goals, which I share on my channel is how my "why" (the reason for my goal) makes me fly! I find that you can't underestimate the power of "because" to keep us on track! 👍🏾 Keep up the good work! 💎💖

Your vids have helped me on so many fronts, thanks. So Imma give you a tip from my field of expertise. If you're not particularly fond of working out for hours (unless it's a hike or something organic) and keeping in mind your body type, try out anything explosive for a bit, doesn't have to be powerlifting or anything, but you'll find a judo/wrestling class or anything where you have to move your center of mass rapidly will work wonders. You'll feel your body burning through your food even whilst not training. It sounds odd, but it's way more efficient than zumba or weights. s/o from South Africa

I totally agree! 💯 I've found that aiming for perfection can lead to 'analysis paralysis' where I over-think a situation so that a decision or action is never taken or I procrastinate! 🙈 So I instead focus on taking progressive steps towards achieving my goals rather than striving for perfection 👍🏾 What also helped me to be committed to my goals, which I share on my channel is how my "why" (the reason for my goal) makes me fly! I find that you can't underestimate the power of "because" to keep us on track! 👍🏾 All we can do is our best! Keep going! 🌟

I think something missing from this list of strategies is talking about motivation. Intrinsic versus extrinsic. I have no internal motivation. None. Should I do this or that? Sure, but when I don't, I feel no shame. There is nothing pushing me to do it. Unless someone is giving me a score or a grade or a paycheck, there is no reason for me to do it. Any strategies to help with that? Thanks :)

what one thing you could do right now to have greater success? I should fix one goal and work on that like Arjuna. what one thing you could stop doing right now to improve your quality of life? Stop procrastinating my decision taking process.
