This was delicious and easy. I love recipes that use applesauce because that’s how I use up my apples about to go bad. The only change I made was swapped out 1/4 of the vanilla with butter extract. My hubby was a big fan! I left a 5 star review on the blog as well.

I've made the lemon blueberry recipe off the website and its so tasty/easy. I made it a second time and a person who hasn't been able to taste much since 2020 totally could because to the lemon juice in the glaze. The tips for the frozen blueberries were helpful here too. Not with out additional ingredients. You can use a gluten free 1:1 flour blend though

We haven't tried, and it's not a 1:1 ratio, so we don't have those measurements. We can tell you that you can use a Gluten Free 1:1 blend

you can't just sub a single gluten free flour with additional ingredients like xanthan gum or something.
