Dont leave your battery in. Its charging your battery AND operating the gopro. Take the battery out and you'll see a noticable difference

When I connect it to PC via USB port, I can get normal images and data on NVDIA Broadast. So on the monitor.But 50cm Cable is short. When I connect a USB extension cable, the image/videos no longer appears. Is a long Type-C cable or a 3-5 meter long cable with Type-C on both sides sufficient? thanks for the video

Your extension cable should be BLUE on both ends or a blue cord. USB 3.0 vs 2.0 is the key. Elgato HD and such run off USB 2.0. Their newer products run on 3.0 for 4k60hz and this Go Pro needs that sort of power too.

Hi! I have question, I got HERO7. Purchased it just for stream my dj set on facebook, youtube etc. I purchased Pro 3.5mm mic adapter to get sound straight from my DJ mixer. All works perfect, even customer service from GoPro said it will not working. But where the problem, maybe you know, after 1h of streaming on any platform (youtube, facebook, twitch) it disconnect and can't connect back to wi-fi about 10min. As reason of disconnecting is poor wi-fi connection what is bull#it, because wi-fi connection is 100%. It's just not allowing to stream longer then 1.3h. My set is never shorter then 2.5h. I found a lot of topics about that, this issue, is popular when we talking about PRO7. So, can you please tell me, if you stream with PRO8, can you do it longer then 1h, it's allow you to do it? Please don't be confuse about my kind on live streaming, even if I am going live on facebook normally, without dj set, it's disconnecting after 1h. Thanks anyway

OBS Mobile does not accept an external video source (yet). Need to send it to a pc or laptop running OBS (one that is good enough to handle OBS).

that sucks, HDMI would be better for your situation. bummer it just messes up, haven't got the media mod yet. Yea the method I'm using send the feed RTMP to OBS. I linked a video in the description going thru the process for a phone. the issue you are gonna run into with RTMP is there is a 2 second delay so you would have to add a delay filter to all your game play sources.

There is a delay but I've found if you switch the gopro to 5ghz, that delay is much less. I still use 2.4 for streaming.

Yes there is but there is no way of adjusting FOV or Stablisation. its locked at wide and 30fps for streaming. gives you to option to record to a SD card at 60fps

I really can't understand why gopro don't allow charging while streaming to the app or recording. Replacing a battery when it is mounted to a post isn't practical. They still haven't come up with a battery that goes for more than 1 hour reliably. That's why we all want to use a powerbank. I want to be able to stream without needing to replace the battery. There is nothing positive to say about the new generation of gopro's.
