Pastelzinho de Belém is a delicacy exclusive to Portugal, there are thousands of recipes that imitate this delicacy. Here in Brazil we make them with puff pastry, each chef has their own recipe, and we Brazilians use some names, such as: pastelzinho de nata, pastelzinho de creme, pastelzinho puffo... but here on You tube we have to use names that

Dough recipe
1 kg of wheat flour
10 g of salt
30 g of refined sugar
60 g of butter
+/- 450 ml of ice water (Will be made in a kneader)
Filling recipe
1st) Part
700 ml of water
500 g of refined sugar
About 6 cinnamon sticks
Zest of 2 Tahiti lemons
Some cloves
2nd) Part
1 liter of milk
120 g of wheat flour
70 g cornstarch
100 g of refined sugar
20 egg yolks, sifted
For puff pastry: 500 g butter (I didn’t add it in the video)
Yield: 60 pastries
Bake at 230ºC for +/- 20 minutes in a convection oven
