Danielle Brandon and Dani Speegle closed out Day 2 at the West Coast Classic with a back-and-forth battle in Regionals Finale 2017. The race for first came down to the final D-ball cleans and fractions of a second.

They tell you it’s safe, but when you’re lifting that heavy for time, you will sacrifice form for time at some point, and it will catch up to you. I regret doing crosspoint every day. Did it for 3 years and don’t miss it.

Thing is Crossfit is riddled with it and even encouraged. With men its bad enough but women permanently disfigure themselves often sterilizing without knowing. Its sad how ignorant and accepting people like you have gotten. THe amounts used in crossfit is not much below pro BB or even on par and they die like flies in their 40s and 50s. If you really like these athletes you would campaign for strict testing and biological passports.

It takes like 1-2 months to start losing muscle tone. Rest is important. Not this out of breath 20% into the competition and then flopping like fish with anyhow form just screaming injury.
