Mjoe Hart Hi Patricia.. I live in Stockton but I often visit Richmond on a weekly basis. If you can get the zoning right with the city that would be amazing. I'm trying to relocate back to the bay area an if I can do that with a tiny home on my own property I would be esctatic. Good luck.

I really wanted to see the solar! And hear much more about it. Costs, etc. And how is the person going to clean it off with no skylight to let them going to get up to the roof? It would take quite a ladder to get that high otherwise, ,and in a tiny house there would be no place to put it.

I love this house but would want a skylight window in both lofts and the stairs take up a lot of space. If there is no other alternative for the stairs, I def need wrought iron railings....I love it...so for approx. $35,000...that is not bad. I'm about to start a new job..if all goes well, in 6 mos, we will need this...

I am wanting to have a tiny home of my own someday...I just have to do my homework on where I can park a tiny home in Missouri...in particular the St. Louis Metro area. You all do great work. Hey check out the Denali at Timberhaven Tiny Homes in Alabama. What would you charge for something like that except I think that I would like the log home siding, and some other form of table than the additional little pass through "bar/talble" that they have. quote a ballpark price for you to build it and a workshop build...and I would like a bath/shower combo in it. Thanks so much. I enjoy the videos, but sadly can't always see it live as I take care if my elderly parents.
