ah jeez. that isnt how it works at all. once smelted any metal mixture will separate. that is why there is a fine science to making alloys in the first place, because it is hard to get metals to mix properly.

Every time I‘m watching these kind of videos, my German ‚safety-for-workers‘-loving heart is pumping with anxiety. I mean seriously. Please don't be so critical about safety standards in Pakistan. Their government doesn't give importance to safety issues. If it was India the factory inspector would have had the owner on the coals for such blatant negligence of safety standards. In India too some industries disregard safety measures. Especially in the fireworks industry. But the factory inspectors always try to be on the spot for safety violations.

Look up 'zinc shakes' or 'zinc flu'. The fumes from molten brass is mostly zinc burning off. You can see where they have a zinc ingot ready to go into the crucible to replace what has been lost in the melting process. 🫠 They really need quality respirators.
