The person who asks why do you only ask $200.00 has something others don’t….. security. The thought that I won’t have to live in my old car has me addicted to this channel. I thank you for your love of humanity to provide this option. I believe it is out of Grace you have done this. This particular model gives me what I need. A bedroom downstairs for a disabled person, plus a living room. I am afraid I won’t be able to get this out of my mind. Please keep making more like this. And..a stack washer and dryer in the bedroom, this means a lot for those that are challenged. Bless you. What is Buffalo Creek? I have not seen it. Thank you to those that have come up with this floor plan.

I must be honest, I’m a bit NERVOUS 😬 to make my purchase after watching the plea for investors in yesterday’s video. There are a LOT of people waiting for homes, who have paid in full for their tiny house. Is there a guarantee that we WILL receive the tiny homes we’ve purchased? I love what ITH initially tried to do to provide affordable housing, but what happened to the 20 million dollars of buyers money? I know they are waiting for their houses, but ITH bank account only has 1 million dollars. Randy and Amanda, please be for real. Is this investment for real? Just move the toilet over by the tankless, then you could really have a nice sink with cabinets and a nice big mirror medicine cabinet. Then that plug could be moved above on the side wall by the sink for hair dryer etc.

Have always adored the classic detailed woodworking of these little homes you build. Back in the 1920s-40s, Sears & other kit home builders produced thousands of similar size affordable homes. The reprint catalogs of floorplans are worth looking at for ideas. Have over a dozen publications & enjoy flipping through them, thinking, why did Americans forsake these wonderful cozy affordable little homes...? 🤔 (I did eventually find out that it was home builder's idea to stop producing them. Because the larger profit margins building bigger homes were more desirable. Public demand played little part in the decision - "This is what we build, take it or leave it." And so, most people adjusted & grew into living in bigger homes than they really needed, compared to prior generations.
