Incredibly delicious cabbage salad, without meat. Easy breakfast in minutes!
Today I am preparing a salad with cauliflower and beans.
Ingredients:
1. 1 cauliflower.
2. 1 teaspoon cauliflower salt.
3. 3 eggs.
4. Vegetable oil.
5. 150 gr. red (any) beans.
6. 1 boiled carrot.
7. 100 gr. pickles.
8. 1-2 green onions.
For refueling:
9. 2 boiled yolks.
10. 150 gr. sour cream.
11. Juice of half a lemon.
12. 1 teaspoon of mustard.
13. 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
Mix all ingredients.
15. Sprinkle with Italian herbs for decoration.
