🥣 Ingredients:
4oz | 100g | 1/2 cup raw lentils
1tbsp | 10g flaxseed flour
2tbsp | 10g psyllium husk
1.5tbsp | 10g unsweetened cacao powder
1/4 cup | 60ml water
1/4tsp sugar
2tsp cumin seeds
1/2tsp baking soda
1tbsp lemon juice
pinch of salt
🥣 Marinated tomatoes ingredients:
3 tomatoes
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp oil
1 minced garlic clove
1tbsp chopped onion
chopped fresh basil
salt and black pepper to taste
🧑🍳Cooking tips:
ℹ️ Feel free to add your favourite dried herbs and spices to get the flavour you enjoy the most.
ℹ️ Soak lentils for 2-8 hours. Soaking lentils helps its digestion and reduces cooking time.
ℹ️ You can substitute psyllium husk powder for chia seeds or flax seeds. Replace it with an equal amount of ground chia seeds or ground flax seeds
