I call 911 all the time for work, so I sound calmer on the phone with 911 than I do ordering pizza. The thing that gets me is that even after the promise of anonymity she is so unwilling to provide any information and then just hangs up on 911 as though they’re wasting her time. In 8 years of needing to call 911 on a regular basis, I have hung up on 911 a single time because the specific dispatcher was making it difficult for me to get further information to pass on, and they were making it difficult for me to check on the safety of others in the area. There is no good reason to hang up on a call taker when full information hasn’t been given yet.

Instead they all talked about what a gentle and kind person he is. The evidence is overwhelming at this point that Amber is a manipulative abuser. Not to mention that in every single piece of audio it's zero accountability for her abuse of him and just all "me me me me me me meeee!" Oh, and let's not forget the elevator video CCTV evidence of her bringing both Elon Musk and James Franco up to Johnny's home while he was out of town (and the testimony of the mechanic saying she came onto him in the parking garage). The body guards and her medical staff were talking on leaked recordings about how out of control she is, her drug problems, her self inflicted wounds (claiming it was his abuse), that she admitted getting violent with Johnny, etc. She sounds like a real peach. Lol Just watch the video of her deposition and it's pretty blatantly obvious she isn't right in the head. Zero empathy or genuine human emotion. Her behaviour is bizarre. Poor Johnny! when i witnessed a public assault (a guy relentlessly bashing his girlfriend in the car) - i was heaving and shaking during my call to 911. i kept rattling off to the operator, “i fear for this girl’s life, i’m worried she’s going to get severe head injuries from the way he’s bashing her, he’s driving off now, his car plate is XXXX, i can’t see what he actually looks like because it’s dark but i can tell he’s huge, i’m worried you guys can’t find them and she might die, oh my god” my husband was with me and by this time, there were a dozen witnesses on scene because a good samaritan who was walking his dogs had raised the alarm “he’s bashing her! he’s bashing her!!” i was so distressed and panicking i didn’t even realise my husband was calling 911 as well. we were so afraid the guy had seen our faces and would recognise us in future instances so we tried to scurry away at the same time. basically i’m trying to say that this call doesn’t depict someone who’s actually telling the truth and making a genuine 911 call for help. if she was worried about her friend it would show in the tone of her voice. we were freaking out hard for a stranger, can you imagine if we were doing the same for a friend?

I've noticed as life goes on, terrible people out themselves often and we (not terrible people) drop them. So eventually they have mostly terrible people around them. Occasionally making new naive friends or friends who don't know what they're like and they can keep the charade up for a bit before they trash those people too. I have a crazy family member like this who was harassing us. His friends who were nice left over the years and my mom didn't know why. She found out. We all did. I never liked them. But in the end the don't seem to have many friends if at all now because even the terrible friends got turned on at some point. Some came and went back and forth like an abused person returning, but eventually left. Because they found out it was fun when abusing people together but that can just as quickly have you become the target too.

It's a yes and no answer. First and foremost, under the 1st amendment you have the right of freedom of speech and press (among other things). Brian's video and opinion is generally protected under that. If iO fights him on that, Brian can sue iO in return for violating him of his civil rights. But on the other hand the 1st amendment DOES NOT give you the right to defame, publicly humiliate, bare false statements, etc of someone/thing. From my experience, it's a really shitty argument.* From what my mother told me, my father was really nice and all until we moved into his apartment (we lived for the first 3.5 years of my life in my mom's apartment but then she was pregnant with my sister so we moved into his, bigger apartment and that's when it all started, and lasted for years. Just like you, Michaela, I also suffer emotional consequences of his actions and the way he treated us up to this day, being 23 and having moved out from his place at 19. I am actually starting a new, better paid job and I'm seriously considering going to a therapist to sort this mess in my head. I hope you're doing better, Michaela. I thought one usually called to find an attorney after either they're told about a divorce, or papers are served? Amber called her divorce attorney which means she already had her on retainer which means she had planned this all along. One does not already have an attorney when just told of their spouse's want for divorce. Why is it after dealing with all this I just want to go and wash my brain of all their crap. If only so and so would stop hitting me. He always tried to make it work...but then he said divorce and that scared her as the video said. They made up their story. Amber was allegedly on the phone with her friend. Allegedly JD walked in, grabbed her phone and hit Amber with her phone. Allegedly the friend heard the fighting over the phone and called 911. Johnny did grab the phone because Amber handed it over to him to say hello. He flipped it on the sofa and went to the fridge. Then Amber started yelling get off me, stop hitting me. When his bodyguards ran in she was on the sofa and he was at the fridge. Could not hit her if he tried. She yelled something about police and his bodyguards took him away right in that moment. When police arrived everything was tidy, clean, she was not harmed. No wine and shattered glass in the hall. Johnny had left his bodyguards at the unlocked frontdoor. He told them to save him as soon as they heard yelling and it was his best intuition. She wanted to set him up as she always did.

Once I pressed go and called for help, I refused to be that girl that went back to my abuser and justified my actions even to myself.
