@@alexae1367 AH’s lawyers kept most of this out of the trial before it started. Most of this can only be proven with “Hearsay” evidence. JD’s side didn’t have the time in court to get into some of the complicated discrediting evidence against AH’s friends. It’s a shame really. AH won on that one statement about conspiring with her friends & was awarded $2 Million. No evidence was presented in court to prove their guilt. JD’s lawyers didn’t get into the 2 calls to police. They didn’t even play the (highly suspicious) 2nd call. Note : JD’s lawyers presented the evidence from the 4 police officers to establish that there was no damage to AH or the apartments. They played the police cam recording showing NO evidence of damage. The statement claims that AH & her friends called the police, then messed the apartments up & called the police again. JD’s team successfully proved this to be false.

When you listen to the entire recording, Amber Heard is like a ranting psychopath. She admits over and over at throwing multiple items at Johnny as well as punching/slap punch (or whatever other violence she admits and inflicted on Johnny. This recording is the classic abuser - not allowing him to talk, blaming him for walking away after being hit, come on guys, not once does Amber say that Johnny hit her, and she tries to download her obvious violence to Johnny. Johnny is a part of the Me Too movement, not Amber. Amber reminds me of the character that Sharon Stone played in Basic Instinct - the beguiling beautiful manipulative evil psychopath. Any psychiatrist or psychologist that hear's the entire recording, knows absolutely that Johnny is innocent. Men get abused too. Ive read all the messages between Ambers mother and father to Johnny and he remained the gentleman, and the parents of Amber telling him they love him. But I guess that one too many punches to Johnny did it. I dont believe a word of Amber Heard, she is a classic gas-lighting abuser

I wonder about her actual sexual preferences - is she actually mostly gay and not leaning more towards straight? Does she move on between guys she thinks will escalate her career prospects whilst sexually alluring gay girls and ex-flames so they will be inclined to believe and support her when she needs it ? There is a really weird video she did a couple of years ago which I accidentally found on here when searching for this very video It's a 50 second advert titled something like ' the 4 archetypes of women ' and she talks about how women are typified by " the mother, the slut, the virgin, the bitch" and talks about how modern women can utilise these different aspects to get respect, get listened to , attract people and project integrity but the weird thing is , it's an advert for a website teaching men to become "pickup artists" or PUAs - a lot of folks will recognise this movement that utilises subtly insulting women in a manner that crushes their esteem to elevate the man trying to bed them amongst other underhanded and decidedly not feminist stuff. If this hadn't happened with Depp (the pushback from Depps lawyers) I'd tell people to watch Jason Momoa cause I reckon he might have been the next target based on how handsy their photos together were VS him with female costars from other productions (like Model Gal Gadot for example)

I went to The Hollywood Vampires show at “The Greek” in Los Angeles a few days after Jerry Judge died. Johnny gave a eulogy for him and in it he stated that “Jerry would take a bullet for me”. I think that shows the kind of man Johnny is. Johnny was openly devastated that Jerry had passed “from a cancerous strain” (In Johnny’s poem eulogy). I can only speak from my experience but wanted to share: when I was with my abuser and I saw them escalating, I did all I could to escape. Doors would be locked and I would be held down so I would fight and attempt to escape at all costs. When I did get away I would call a friend usually male in hysterics asking for help and to please come and get me so I could get away. Never would I call a female friend to “come over”. (We didn’t have txt at the time but wouldn’t txt with)Though I might show up on their doorstep with a busted face. But when someone is making up a story, they have to pull things out of the air and so this is why to her maybe texting her friend made sense while anyone in real life would know that is so not real.

Your work is critical information because the ONE thing I'm hearing online is the difficulty in trying to keep track of the TIMELINES! They way you've painted the picture HELPS A LOT! 🙏🏼 The first time this happened to JD I wasn't flippant thinking its none of my business moving on. Today it's become more important to me BECAUSE this is not just about AH and JD. It is a SERIOUS issue in the culture where MEN are automatically blamed for DV and women are somehow automatically absolved of any DV against a man and/or absolved of any consequences. WHY do I care? I was raise with a sister (2 years older than me) who was an AH and I do not agree with ANYONE getting away with DV regardless to male or female.

Brilliant videos, minimal speculation and good evaluation. They must have taken a huge amount of work. I would like to add something incredibly sad but possibly pertinent. On page 6 of the filing for the defamation suit it is mentioned that a lot of the "new" evidence was gathered at the time but has only recently come into Mr Depp's possession. There was another legal case involving his lawyers and business managers where the implication was between them saying he mishandled and lost his money and them having mismanaged it and stolen from him. It was settled out of court confidentially. I suspect part of the agreement was that they handed over anything pertaining to him, which would be why he now has new evidence to clear his name. If true they sat on evidence that could have presented the case very differently to the public. It looks like he was surrounded by people who may not have had his best intetests at heart at that time and I hope that has now changed.

Wow... you find me dumbstruck again... I´ve been waiting for this ever since you published the first video (which I recommend whenever I feel it would be appropriate). It feels a bit like invading people´s personal space, though, but then again, the court documents are there, and everybody can read them and make up their mind (though a lawsuit is definitely not about making up one´s mind, it´s about facts and finding out the truth, not an opinion). Your accurate research is a piece of art, and feels like endless time of incredible work and hours and hours spent looking through scripts, pics and information. Thank you so much for your persistence and for putting the loads of information across (and for the graphic comics ;-) ). I will re-watch it again, because it´s packed with information. How could you reconstruct the condos? Because of the pics, when the condos were out for sale? Wonder, how this will all turn out in the end...

Wing &Waves absolutely! Men suffer just as much, if not more DV, than women do. Unfortunately, you know that women can’t possibly defend themselves properly against a man, so end up with a higher rate of injury. It doesn’t mean that the abuse is any less devastating though. And, unfortunately, men have no resources for support in such situations. They’re literally stuck in their misery because they fear ridicule, and the loss of their children, which is often used as a pawn to make the man stay. They also know that the woman is automatically believed by most, and the family courts are in their favour. Feminists seem to ignore these inconsistencies in equality. It’s female privilege to have such support. Men have none.
