(Sigh.) And thus closes out the legendary "Pulse Series That Wasn't A Series Saga." Amazing how so many unrelated stories of disparate genres that sometimes lacked continuity even when they WERE related all had the same appreciation for the word, "Pulse." Even more amazing when practically none of them had a straight-forward claim to the title. Even-even more amazing that the ones who came closest to "earning" that title either only used the title as a fallback or placeholder they ditched later. Will there ever be a day that the mighty and proud word, "Pulse" gets to represent a movie that deserves it?

Wait...after watching this review multiple times, I think I've deciphered the "there'd be blood" line. I think he's trying to say there'd be bloody footprints. There's so much blood around, that if someone else did it, they'd leave footprints. It still doesn't make sense, and it's worded very poorly, but I think that's the point he's trying to make.

Bit late to the party but...we literally have the name for the creature they were meaning in common parlance - nightmare, derived from a mare, or mara, a monster from Nordic mythology said to ride the sleeper through the night, giving them terrible dreams. did the tree just jettison them forward? or… why are they _next_ to the tree when they crashed into it while moving directly along the road? Speaking of which, which side were they headed? because the railing makes it look like they were driving on the right side of the road and going to our right, which makes sense, but the car is to the left of the hole, which would be possible were the car to turn and try to stop it's momentum, but the car is facing downhill, meaning it couldn't have been steering sideways, not to mention that it's flipped on its side so its location has to be a result of its momentum from the crash, not steering, AND it would have flip pretty much immediately after it hit the tree, because the gentle slope that comes after the initial fall wouldn't flip it over, but it couldn't have flipped over while still on the road, otherwise it would have spun out and be closer to the road and much more damaged. Which means that tree or no tree, they were going to crash anyway.
