I look for what is life going to be like at the job, what kind of people do I deal with daily, do I get benefits? I’d take less money if I had kind and supportive people, benefits. And, I’d rather work 4 days or let me come whenever- in case I need to see a doctor but work 9-5 daily. So like unlimited PTO, comp time. Shorter commute!

Exactly people should go for what they value, do you value higher pay with stress although it’s a cool job you get burnout or lower pay in something you enjoy doing everyday.🤷🏾‍♀️ I absolutely love a work life balance and that’s what I consider when job searching vs pay.
