Even modi cannot change paxtsn. Paxtans problem lies in the root ie base. The base is not in order. Hierarchy of arrangements of authorities is in disorder. Examples are army snatching power of govt. Constitutional set up itself is not correct. So base is weak. No leaders can change paxtan without putting the base in order. Over this disorderly set up base if you build building the building will collapse because the foundation itself is weak. Nobody can change paxtan. Only way is people must get down from home and storm into the army and put them under govt control first. Then a responsible govt must change the entire constitution and bring secular law and democracy. This is the only possible way but this is tough because a clash against army would mean loss of lives. Nothing is possible for paxtsn people without a direct confrontation with the paxtans own army. Army is corrupt and controlled by foreign hands. Everything is messed up in paxtsn.😖
